Hypnosis is powerful as a tool to direct your mind away from pain so that the physical and emotional impact is diminished. This, in turn, increases pleasure moments in your life.


Once pain is experienced, the mind and body can hold on to that memory long after its usefulness has passed. By working with the subconscious mind, we create a shift in perception and your awareness of pain. Together, we can create tools for you to use at home each day to decrease the intensity and frequency of many types of pain and symptoms.
