I get you jump-started with hypnosis. Then I show you how to lower your stress and still function in a 24/7 world. In this 6 week StressBuster Program, I lead you step-by-step through the process of calming your mind with the use of hypnosis and other tools. I will prove to you, right in the first session, that your mind can shut down and this will motivate you to keep practicing. As the weeks progress, you begin to take the lead with easy and simple tasks that help to build your skills. By the end of the 6 weeks, you will be able to get ahead of stressful events and calm yourself anytime, anywhere.

In six short weeks, your attitude will brighten, your stress levels will drop, and you will begin to have more energy. You may even start on a new hobby, workout, or switch careers, who knows? The methods you learn will serve you for the rest of your life.

Thursday nights from 6:30-8:00 PM Jan. 16th to Feb. 20, 2019

Saturday mornings from 10AM-11:30AM Jan. 19th to Feb. 23, 2019
