14 Day Gratitude Challenge

Do you want more gratitude?

I Invite You To Join Me!

What is gratitude?
Gratitude is a fundamental way of looking at life.

“Gratitude is an affirmation of the goodness in one’s life and the recognition that the sources of this goodness lie at least partially outside the self.”  -Robert A. Emmons, PhD.

We will build gratitude together.
The mind is wired toward the negative in life. Mix in headline news and social media and we have a toxic recipe that slowly bakes a thick crust of negativity into our brains. The good news is that we can build new, positive pathways of thinking through awareness and action. This challenge is about counterbalancing the negative with gratitude. For 14 days we will turn towards an awareness of the positive in our lives.

5-10 minutes each day.
Gratitude does not hurt. In fact, gratitude feels good. This Challenge isn't about following a specific recipe or doing complicated tasks. It is about information and perspective, on your terms.

Benefits:

  • Increased sense of well-being, connectedness, and positivity.

  • More restful sleep

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Less anxiety

Method:
I'll send an email each day exploring different aspects of gratitude. This is a deeper dive than "What are you grateful for today?" 14 times.

The 14 Day Challenge runs from Oct 4th - Oct 18th. You will get one email at the top of each day to be completed on your own schedule.  I'll send details about the process after you sign up.

The finale:
The 14 Day Gratitude Challenge culminates with an optional Vision Board session Sat. Oct 24th from 9:30-12:30. This will be held on ZOOM. There may be a live session at the same time with limited seating if COVID (and my comfort level) allows.

Will you trust me enough to join the group and see what happens? I'd be grateful if you do.  See how this works?
